Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

HLR provides a limited warranty from the date of purchase covering the following items (specific warranty periods are set by product category and displayed on the product page):

Frame and structural components (Case goods): 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural failures.

Upholstery and filling materials (e.g., cushions, foam): half-year warranty, excluding normal wear and tear.

Components (e.g., screws, wood panels): 1-year warranty.


Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

Issues arising from improper use, accidental damage, natural wear and tear, water immersion, or chemical corrosion are not covered.

Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations is not covered.

Custom-made items / resold secondhand items are typically not covered (unless otherwise specified).

Warranty Process:

All orders automatically activate warranty coverage upon delivery. No separate warranty claim submission is required.

Note: For confirmed manufacturing defects, we provide complimentary repairs, replacement parts, or full unit replacement (as applicable). For non-covered issues, we offer paid repair solutions or repair estimates.
