Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received (excluding custom orders or major promotional periods). Specific processing times are noted on the product page.

Industry Practice Tip: Furniture categories often require longer processing/packaging times. We recommend prominently displaying estimated shipping times on both product pages and checkout pages to reduce customer inquiries and return rates.

Shipping (Small Items, Standard Packages):

For small items (total weight < 30kg, box dimensions within courier limits), we use major carriers (e.g., EMS / DHL / local couriers). Tracking numbers are provided after order placement. 

Estimated Arrival: 3–5 business days after order placement (depending on destination and shipping method).

Large Furniture & Home Delivery (Furniture, Assembly or Floor-Level Service Required):

Large items ship via freight/dedicated logistics lines or third-party large furniture delivery services (curbside / threshold delivery / room of choice + assembly services available). Specific arrival times and costs depend on destination, floor level, and whether in-home installation is required.

We will provide the logistics company and tracking information after shipment and confirm the delivery time window with the customer prior to the estimated arrival.

Shipping & Tax Fees:

Shipping: All orders on our website qualify for free shipping.

Customs Duties: All products on our website have already had taxes paid; you will not be required to pay any additional taxes.

Logistics Damage & Receipt Notes:

Please inspect the goods upon receipt and retain the outer packaging.

If you notice obvious damage to the outer box or the product itself, take photos at the time of delivery and either refuse the shipment or note “Damaged Outer Packaging” on the delivery receipt. Contact service@homeliverelax.com to submit the photos and your order number. We will prioritize processing returns, exchanges, or claims for such cases.
