Return Window
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for most non-custom items (within 30 days from the date of delivery). Custom items, made-to-fit products, or items made from special materials are not eligible for returns without reason (clearly marked on the product page).
Return Conditions
Items must be in their original, resalable condition (undamaged and unaffected for resale) and include the original packaging and accessories.
If the item has quality issues, shipping damage, or significantly differs from its description, we will cover return shipping and related costs (please submit photos and a problem description within 7 days of receipt for expedited claims processing).
Return Process (Quick Steps)
Email service@homeliverelax.com (include order number, reason for return, and photos).
Upon review, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address/pickup arrangements.
Customers ship the item back as instructed (if we cover return shipping, we will provide a return label or arrange pickup).
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund within 2-5 business days (returned to the original payment method).
Refund Policy
Refund amounts typically cover the item's purchase price (excluding original shipping fees, unless the return is due to quality issues or shipping damage). If the item was discounted or purchased with a coupon, the refund will be proportional to the final payment amount.
Refund processing times vary by issuing bank/payment channel, typically taking 3–12 business days.
Return Fees / Inspection / Price Adjustments
If the return is not due to quality or shipping issues (e.g., buyer's subjective preference, incorrect size, etc.), a return shipping fee or restocking/inspection fee may apply (typically 8-20% of the actual order amount paid).
